Houston, we have a problem...

Today was a mixture of hunter gather meets technology in honour of Curiosity as it begins its life exploring Mars.

We started off learning to use knives and saws before building shelters and dens, the ladies paid particular attention to detail with a lovely low wall, kitchen area and built in trampoline.

Home Sweet Home

Men in Tights, hunting for the evening meal!

Not a Good Day to be a Rubber Raccoon.

The unfortunate rubber raccoon Rodney, was the target for supper, we decided that the prospect of 12 hours of boiling would not improve the taste so he was released back to the wild.  (No rubber animals were harmed in the making of this blog).

Our own environmentally friendly launch vehicle had a number of false launches prior to successfully orbiting our reception flag and landing on the far side roof.

No Expense Spared for Protective Equipment, mission control specialist Suzie counts down from 2.
